Volunteer-led youth basketball initiative
Access to a court can open more than a game.
DreamCourt Basketball is a growing grassroots initiative founded by Rayyan Safyy to create safe, consistent, community-centered opportunities for underserved kids to train, stay active, and build confidence through basketball.
Founder-led leadership
Started and still led by Rayyan Safyy, with growth plans shaped carefully and honestly.
Mission-first structure
Built around access, mentorship, healthy activity, and a welcoming environment for kids.
Summer growth focus
Expanding events, organizing volunteers, and exploring future collaboration with [DISTRICT].
Mission
Built so more kids can play, grow, and belong.
DreamCourt exists to create safe, consistent, encouraging basketball opportunities for underserved kids through access, mentorship, and community.
Access with dignity
Create welcoming spaces where kids can show up, move, learn, and be part of something positive.
Consistency that builds trust
Offer repeatable opportunities — not just one-time excitement — so young people know support will still be there.
Mentorship through the game
Use basketball to reinforce discipline, confidence, teamwork, and care for others.
Why DreamCourt exists
The barrier is often not motivation. It is access.
Many kids already want to play, improve, and stay active. What is often missing is reliable space, adult support, structure, and a community that keeps showing up.
Opportunity should not depend on zip code.
DreamCourt was started to reduce the gap between kids who love the game and kids who consistently have places to train.
Safe, active spaces matter after school and in the summer.
The court can be a healthy outlet where energy, discipline, and movement are directed positively.
Basketball can become a bridge to belonging.
Skill development matters, but so do encouragement, routine, teamwork, and feeling seen by a caring community.

Founder spotlight
Rayyan Safyy started DreamCourt to widen access, not attention.
Rayyan is a rising high school senior who saw a real need: too many kids want to play and grow, but do not always have reliable access to court time, structure, or encouragement. He launched DreamCourt as a volunteer effort and continues to lead the initiative by planning sessions, shaping outreach, and building a foundation that can grow responsibly.
- Organizes sessions, outreach, and event planning.
- Keeps the mission centered on underserved kids and healthy participation.
